An EMP bomb has been recovered from a terrorist cell attempting to shutdown an integral security network. No casualties have been reported during recovery but all communication with Headquarters has been lost. The final orders issued by Headquarters were to secure the bomb in a nearby town and await further instruction, but the terrorists have regrouped and are closing in. Defend against the attack and secure the EMP bomb until communications with Headquarters is restored!
