There have been multiple reports indicating that some players are having a hard time creating/logging into a VALOFE account due to the error message: "Failed to send verification email." from the website after creating a account. There are even some reports indicating that they did not receive this error but have not received the verification email.
If you DID NOT encounter the error but did not receive the verificatio email, please remember ot check all folders of your email account including the SPAM folder as it could have easily gotten lost in there.
Whether or not you did or did not encounter the error and no verification email was sent, please enter your details in the form that was created to document the issue for processing and investigation.
