Many of our players know that there are a large number of players experiencing this error. From the information gathered by players entering their details in our Verification Email Issue Form, most of the people encountering this are from domain addresses of Hotmail and Outlook.
As for the solution, we have two verified methods:
1.) If you're a new player looking to create a new account for Combat Arms: Reloaded or any other VALOFE game and concerned that you might get the said error, we highly recommend that you use an email from Gmail. If you've already created the account and don't want to create another you may;
2.) change the email address of the unverified VALOFE account to an email from Gmail.
Steps to Change Email Address:
1.) Login to your unverified VALOFE account.
2.) Click the Change Email Address button.
3.) Enter the required information and enter the new email from Gmail.
4.) Wait for the verification email sent to your new email address.
